Built on deep expertise in Wheel-Rail interaction and applied information technologies, U.S. Train Products initially focused on advanced sanding systems and U.S. manufactured aftermarket solutions compatible with existing North American fleets. Over time, continued investment in engineering, partnerships, and infrastructure allowed the company to expand into comprehensive friction, adhesion, and noise management solutions.
Our mission is to deliver Buy America compliant rail vehicle subsystems that combine proven global technology with domestic manufacturing. To support this, U.S. Train Products maintains long standing manufacturing and technology partnerships with leading European providers, including Igralub and REBS for onboard lubrication and noise control, REBS for onboard wheel/rail lubrication and noise control systems, and MBM Industry and Rail Technology for advanced sanding solutions.
Today, U.S. Train Products designs, manufactures, and supports friction and adhesion management systems for high speed rail, passenger rail, light rail, freight, rail utility vehicles, and crane applications across North America.
It is U.S. Train Products’ mission to bring back jobs to America and provide “Buy America” compliant rail vehicle sub-systems and components that display established world class technology, made right here in the United States. That’s why the we have entered into OEM agreements with the world’s leading technology providers in each area of the company’s product lines.

Establishment of a strategic partnership with Igralub, who specializes in Wheel-Rail lubrication solutions.
Expansion from aftermarket services into full sanding system design and manufacturing.
Patent Approval in North America and Europe: System and method for fleet Wheel-Rail Lubrication and noise management. Patent #: US 10,071,756 B2
Established major OEM partnerships.
Growth into Wheel-Rail lubrication, noise management, High Speed & Utility Vehicles, and specialty solutions.
Opening of 31,000 square foot fabrication facility in Atlanta Morrow, Georgia, enabling vertically integrated manufacturing.
Expansion into gantry cranes.
Establishment of another large Rail OEM.
